STOP SMOKING Or BREATHERZISE WEIGHT LOSS - uses breathology techniques Reiki, movement and other alternative therapies, rituals and PositivEnergy™. principles to break down resistance to change by clearing cellular memories of old beliefs, behaviors and attitudes to make it easier to stop smoking or to lose weight.
BIRTHING - coaches in deep breathing, relaxation response for optimum stress reduction during the months of carrying a child along with PositivEnergy wellness principles; conscious-connected breath for use in the labor room as a “best practice” for delivery and pain-management; and post-partum breath relaxation tips for parents and babies.
BREATHE LIFE INTO YOUR RELATIONSHIPS SESSIONS – encourages personal de-stressing, couple or group re-discovery of the bonds that cemented the partnering, helps re-synchronize the harmony, and offers a forgiveness ritual.
