BREATHE THRU BURNOUT/STRESS – coaches one in “relearning how to breathe” fully and consciously through a breath adjustment, facilitates de- stress breathing, offers stress busters, understanding stress, and PositivEnergy™. principles to rejuvenate joyful inner personal self-care to maximize life, professional relationships for peak work performance or quality care-taking relationships.
STOP SMOKING Or BREATHERZISE WEIGHT LOSS - uses breathology techniques Reiki, movement and other alternative therapies, rituals and PositivEnergy™. principles to break down resistance to change by clearing cellular memories of old beliefs, behaviors and attitudes to make it easier to stop smoking or to lose weight.
BIRTHING - coaches in deep breathing, relaxation response for optimum stress reduction during the months of carrying a child along with PositivEnergy wellness principles; conscious-connected breath for use in the labor room as a “best practice” for delivery and pain-management; and post-partum breath relaxation tips for parents and babies.
BREATHE LIFE INTO YOUR RELATIONSHIPS SESSIONS – encourages personal de-stressing, couple or group re-discovery of the bonds that cemented the partnering, helps re-synchronize the harmony, and offers a forgiveness ritual. De-stress breathing, meditative writing, visualization, drumming, PositivEnergy™ principles and the Ritual of Reconciliation are used to rejuvenate relationship wellness.

STRESS/ DEPRESSION OR ANXIETY MANAGEMENT- training session using various breathology techniques to combat stress related disorders, understand them and learn stress busters and wellness principles and techniques.
ANGER/ CONFLICT RESOLUTION- training session using various Breathology techniques to combat anger and resolve conflict OR anger and, learn stress triggers, and forgiveness techniques.
BREATH MEDITATION FOR MINDFULNESS - coaches one to meditate or "go within" for deeper relaxation, inner peace and to be more present in the moment, grounded in acceptance and gratefulness. Supports greater focus, joy, alleviates anxiety, doubt and worry.
MASTER THE BREATH, MASTER THE MOMENT - coaches the high achiever, i.e. athlete, rapper, performer, speaker- to relax and de-stress before performances;how to stay in the mindful moment for best attention to detail and technique; and how to master breath to naturally, achieve peak performance in minutes..
