Breath Circles to HEAL the DIVIDES formerly Breath Circles for Race, Diversity & Gender Healing) is a wholistic program that offers a virtual leadership development experience using a 7 step group process, to heal the divides and polarization around the issues of race, diversity and gender inequality. Learn how to un-pack racism, resolve un-conscious biases and manage the stress and trauma in this intensive 2 day course using simple, yet very impactful tools of breathology/breathwork, transformation practices, behavior management and techniques that dialogue.
This course is being launched as a 3 day, virtual intensive training in 7 steps primarily with Transcendence Breathwork (TB) to release subconscious memory, to "wake-up" stress, the root traumas and un-consious biases of racism, prejudice, oppression, marginalization or any wounded-ness in need of healing.
TB includes breathology, cartharting movements, sacred sound, drumming, visualization/activations and release techniques.
Diversity exercises of self-examination, meditative/silencing writing; spiritual and cultural rituals, forgiveness and reconciliation, is included.
