"Relearn How to Breathe" is our foundational Optimum Life Breathology (O.L.B.) training that Sekou Ayo breathed with millions over the media, now packaged in a one day training to help you optimize every breath. Yes, we all breathe, but she studied that 9 of 10 breathe inefficiently. "Relearn how to breathe” fully and consciously can be life-changing. Since 1999 her breath checking, adjustment and practice concept evolved into a system taught in her private practice, on presentations, workshops, on t.v., radio, in print and over the internet.
Now she facilitates this training virtually, through some live and some pre-recorded video segments.
If you take this training for yourself, you will also learn how to share the concept of O.LB. with your family and everyone and everything that breathes. It's a great prerequisite course for her other trainings.

RELEARN HOW TO BREATHE PRACTITIONERS , Level 1 Course
In this interactive, life-changing 1 day, 6 hour course, , experience the fundamentals of Ayo Handy--Kendi's, the Breath Sekou, signature training, "Relearne How to Breathe". Through theory of the practice, named "breathology" you will be introduced to the art and science of breath awareness, the mechanics of breathing, learn how to identify your own breathing pattern, how to help others, along with a "breath adjustment" to the most optimum, daily breath practice, scientifically named "diaphragmatic' breathing. There will also be theory on oxygen related concepts and transformative practices that identify and maximize the many ways to breathe. All offered by Sekou Ayo herself, and not a pre-recorded video, so you get personal attention in an intimate, small group setting. Completion of this course provides you with a Practitioner Level 1 Certificate. Level 1 completions serves as the pre-requisite to take Optimum Life Breathology, Level 2 Certification and other levels that are anticipated for the future.
