Author of 53 published books, his background includes biosciences experience, scientific futurism, a nutritional consultant, and functional medicine. He has 40 years of vegan life experience and is far younger than his 68 senior citizen years. He has self healed himself with food after several accidents and illnesses.  He teaches us how food can heal us and affect our ageing. 


SEKOU MAMA AYO HANDY-KENDI, started celebrating kwanzaa around 1973.  She has been on radio, t.v. and quoted in print, educating people on how to celebrate the African- American Holiday, and has several how to celebrate Kwanzaa CD's & DVD's.  Ask your questions about what to do and when to do it, for Kwanzaa.  Especially what can you prepare for the Kwanzaa Karamu, the end of Kwanzaa, feast.
