"STOLEN" is about to be "birthed" any day now.
In honor of Sister Harriet and the women who persevered in 1619 and how their decision to push forward, impacts all of us today,
"Stolen" portrays the historical and imagined personal account of two women who were the first Africans who came into the North American colonies of Port Comfort and Jamestown, Va.
The book is based on research that birthed the play by Ayo Handy-Kendi, has also inspired our most recent breathshop/presentation,
"Women Breathe Away Trauma, Re-awaken to Self-Love".
