The On-Line Class with live audience participation in a Zoom meeting format will encourage you to participate in the transformative sessions, journal, move and release the wounds of trauma/abuse. This is an On-line, master class of 6 hours currently, in a group setting on Zoom, to experience release from trauma and transformation beyond being a survivor to a "thriver". Release stored emotions and trauma with an introductory session of Transcendence Breathwork . Manage stress/trauma/anger with O.L. B techniques- Relearn How to Breathe & De-stress Breath for on-going balanced living. Includes other practices like visualization/Meditative Writing for forgiveness Ritual of Reconciliation for closure/self-love; Reconnection work with gentle stretch exercises. self-care discovery, and reconnection to our sexuality with the "art of self-pleasure".
