While under Covid lock-downs, P.E.W. started a telehealth service to breathe with the community, offer stress release , evaluate breath related concerns or the efficiency of your breathing and offer emotional/mental health support On-line on Zoom or other digital or phone devices. Some people have benefited from Sekou Ayo's years of wholistic health and counseling using our wholistic health evaluation form. When reviewed, we offer recommendations based on your answers for your growth and development. Seniors have checked-in to our Telehealth service just to break the sense of isolation, and we have even laughed together to break depression and elevate joy in their lives. Telehealth Payment is $93.00 per session. Like all of our services, you can also request a Waiver of Fees or Pay as you can for this service. Use the Request form indicated
