OPTIMUM LIFE BREATHOLOGY™ CERTIFICATION [Installment Plan of five(5) payments of $55 each for a total of$275]. Note all installments must be paid before the start of the course. If not paid, payments will be credited to another course date.
Installment payments for 2 Day Optimum Life Breathology (O.L.B.) Certification, Level 2 course & Advance offers a training system of 10 fundamental breathing techniques and 4 breath practices to optimize every day living and is presented as a retreat (or advance).
The prerequisite to this course is "Relearn How to Breathe, Practitioner Level 1" which can be taken in the same weekend or taken at another time. Payment is made separately. The O.L.B. certification course, currently 12 hours, offers advance training. It includes a bonus session in Transcendence Breathwork ( regular price value of $175, a rites of passage graduation and a certificate.
Additional study and practice is required on an honor system. Purchase and reading of the Applied Breathology E-Workbook is required for this certificate. Payment for the E-workbook is to be paid separately at cost of $20. Many say this course is life-changing.
