Transcendence Breathwork is a signature session of Sekou Ayo Handy-Kendi, that uses a conscious connected breath technique along with transformative practices to activates the sub-conscious mind to open, blocked and stuck energy; shifts limited beliefs, and unconscious programming; heightens higher consciousness; opens hearts and wounds, reduces fear, trauma, chronic stress, PTSD, anger, depression; expands capacity to heal, grow, gain clarity and live with joy and more. One session is equal to 2 1/2 years of talk therapy, but best response is achieved with 3 or more sessions.
